Exchange and return
All sales are final and cannot be returned, due to hygiene (this is determined by law).
The products can only be returned within 30 days if the item turns out to be defective.
How do I start the return process?
If your product is defective, please email video proof of your claim to yonifyer@outlook.com for the fastest response.
If the product is defective, we will send you a new one or 100% refund.
Delivered/undeliverable/incorrect order address:
When filling in your shipping information, make sure that you provide the correct information. What you specify is exactly what will appear on your shipping label. Packages delivered to a wrong address will be marked as: undeliverable, consignee incomplete address or returned to sender. In this case, the product cannot be replaced or refunded.
