Exchanges and returns

All sales are final and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene (this is determined by law).

Just like returning toys, it is not possible to return thongs and bodysuits. The reason for this is also related to health protection and hygiene. We want to make sure that all our customers can enjoy new, unused products. Therefore, we cannot accept items that have been in direct contact with intimate parts.

The products can only be returned within 30 days if the item proves to be defective .

How do I start the returns process?

If your product is defective, please email video proof of your claim to info@yonifyer.com for the fastest response.

If the product is defective, we will send you a new one or 100% refund.

Delivered/undeliverable/incorrect order address:

When completing your shipping information, make sure you provide the correct information. What you specify is exactly what will appear on your shipping label. Packages delivered to an incorrect address will be marked as: undeliverable, consignee incomplete address, or returned to sender. In this case, the product cannot be replaced or refunded.
